Booking and Pricing
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Bonney Lake and serve 17 cities across Pierce and South King County, including Tacoma, Puyallup, Kent, Renton, Auburn, Federal Way, Lakewood, Maple Valley and Enumclaw. See the full list on our Service Areas page.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free, and most can be done from photos you text us.
Do you offer any discounts?
New customers get $25 off their first cleaning, and we take 10% off for military, first responders, teachers and nurses.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 9am to noon.
The Day of the Job
What should I do before you arrive?
Close windows and doors, unlock any gates we’ll need, and move cars off the driveway if we’re cleaning it. We take care of everything else.
Will you let me know when you’re coming?
Yes. You get a reminder before your appointment and a text when the crew is on the way.
How long does a job take?
It depends on the size of the property and what we’re cleaning. We’ll give you an idea of timing with your quote.
Do you clean up afterward?
Yes. Cleanup is part of every job, and we walk the property before we leave.
Methods and Results
What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses force to clean hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution and low pressure, which is safer for roofs, siding, paint and wood. We use whichever the surface calls for.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 30 days and we’ll come back and re-clean it for free.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. NW Pro Wash LLC is licensed and insured in Washington, license NWPROPW764CW.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Some customers, especially businesses and rental owners, book regular cleanings every few months to stay ahead of the growth.
