About NW Pro Wash
A Bonney Lake exterior cleaning company, owned and run by Cameron Steele since 2021.
Started in Bonney Lake in 2021
Cameron Steele started NW Pro Wash in 2021 to do exterior cleaning the careful way: roofs brushed and soft washed instead of blasted, siding cleaned without forcing water behind it, and concrete cleaned evenly instead of in stripes.
Since then the company has grown into a full crew, a small fleet of wrapped trucks, and more than 270 five-star Google reviews from homeowners and businesses across Pierce and South King County.
The People Who Show Up
Customers mention Cameron by name in review after review for quick answers and clear communication, and the crew who come out are NW Pro Wash employees, not subcontractors. One name comes up in our reviews almost as often as his: Kyle, who’s cleaned a lot of the roofs and gutters you’ll read about.
The crew arrives in uniform, tapes off what needs protecting, and walks the property with you, or sends photos, before they leave.
How We Work
Soft wash where it matters
We’re soft-wash certified, and we use low pressure and cleaning solutions on roofs, siding, painted surfaces and wood. Real pressure is saved for concrete and hard surfaces.
Photos of every job
Every invoice comes with before and after photos, so you can see the result even if you weren’t home.
Guarantees in writing
A free re-clean if anything’s missed within 30 days, and our shingle-safe guarantee on every roof: if we damage it, we pay to fix it.
Licensed and insured
NW Pro Wash LLC is licensed and insured in Washington, license NWPROPW764CW.
Part of the Community
We’re a small local business ourselves, and we believe in supporting the other small businesses that make our neighborhoods what they are. That’s a big part of why we clean storefronts, offices and rentals at prices local businesses can afford.
We also take 10% off for military, first responders, teachers and nurses.
